Q: I suspect I'm not receiving emails at points indicated by the Education Platform website or customer support, what is happening?
It's possible that emails from our outgoing address, email@example.com, are going into your email account's Spam/Junk folder. Please do check this, and mark them as "not junk" if you find them here.
If you can't find our emails at all, there's a possibility that they have been filtered by your school's network security systems. We suggest raising this issue with the person who looks after your school's IT systems, so that they can add our email address to your list of trusted senders or whitelist.
