Q: When I try unlocking books which aren't on the Education Platform, I'm shown a message about photocopying and digital scans. Why is?
Since the 1st of September 2020, you may have noticed that we have added a message which is shown to users when the Platform scans a barcode for books which aren't on the Education Platform:
This is intended to make sure that you are aware that there are other options provided by your CLA Education licence. There are good reasons for both yes and no responses to the question, "Are you planning to do this now?". Please answer honestly, this won't affect your experience in other areas of the Education Platform.
